IMPORTANT WARRANTY INFORMATION: Any modifications or alterations made to the TrackMaster machine will cause all warranties to be nullified. All service work, if needed, must be performed by an authorized TrackMaster Dealer or directly by the manufacturer to ensure that the work has been properly completed to manufacturer specifications. In some cases, it may be necessary to ship the machine back to the manufacturer for proper inspection or repair. The responsibility for shipping and repair costs will be discussed on a case by case basis.


It is TrackMaster’s expectation that the equipment provider (dealer) will maintain a working relationship with you as their client for questions, parts, and service whenever necessary. The dealer is required to notify TrackMaster or engage us as the manufacturer regarding any repairs, or parts replacement, AND is obliged to keep TrackMaster informed about product use or issues.


Registration of your TrackMaster is very important to maintain the machine warranty. Please provide your contact information and signature below to finalize the registration process.
